This one-hour workshop will include a strength and flexibility warm-up, and then a focus on how to perfect BOTH your HIP and SHOULDER shimmies! Learn the correct muscle engagement and technique to create the biggest, jiggliest shimmies you can! It is a perfect technique practice for burlesque performers AND beginning belly dancers. Afterwards, you'll get a link to the Zoom video so that you can continue to practice and perfect your shimmies.
This workshop is all levels and all body types, regardless of dance experience. All you need is a Zoom account, a space to practice, a yoga mat, and some water.
